President William Ruto inaugurates the Isiolo Town Roads (LOT 2) upgrade project, emphasizing the importance of infrastructure development in transforming Isiolo County.
President William Ruto has officially commissioned the upgrading and performance-based routine maintenance of the Isiolo Town Roads (LOT 2) in Isiolo County. The 6km project includes the Isiolo Airport-Mattercare hospital road, Trojan-LMD Road, and Catholic-IWASCO Water Kiosk road.
During the launch, President Ruto directed Roads CS Kipchumba Murkomen to ensure the timely completion of the Kina-Garbatula road within a year, expressing the goal of transforming Isiolo through infrastructure development.
The newly constructed roads, completed at a cost of Ksh.319 million, are set to enhance connectivity, boost trade and investment, and open up Isiolo County.
