The court has ordered medical attention and legal access for Babu Owino, while the other accused remain remanded at Kileleshwa police station.

This has sparked discussions on Constitutional Law at the Kenya Police Training School.

The court has ordered that Babu Owino to receive immediate medical attention and be allowed access to counsel. This decision comes as the accused wait high-stakes bail ruling expected tomorrow.

The rest of the accused, including Calvin Gaucho, will be remanded at Kileleshwa Police Station. Similar to Babu Owino, they too will have access to legal counsel as they await the bail ruling tomorrow.

Surprisingly, the court did not address the issue of the police officers who held them incommunicado at Wang’uru Police Station since Monday night. This situation has raised eyebrows, and the Prosecution’s stance has prompted discussions on the importance of Constitutional Law at the Kenya Police Training School.

Embakasi East MP, Babu Owino, maintains his innocence and denies any involvement in subversive activities.
