The Danish striker is yet to feature for United since his £72million move from Atalanta due to a back injury.
But Ten Hag revealed on Friday that Hojlund was available for Sunday’s crunch clash at the Emirates.
‘Yes, so we had a good training week and tomorrow we have the final training,’ Ten Hag said.
‘He is doing well so he will be available. I think he is ready to start.’
Hojlund, 20, has been training with United’s first-team this week after missing their first three matches of the season with a back problem.
His fitness will come as a huge boost to Ten Hag, whose United site are plagued by injuries to several first-team players.
Mail Sport revealed on Thursday that Luke Shaw is out for 10 weeks, forcing United into a last-minute dash to bring in a left back as cover.
The club have signed Sergio Reguilon from Spurs on a season-long loan after talks with Marc Cucurella stalled. It is thought there is a January break clause in the deal, with United covering his full wages.
‘He is very experienced player, played for big clubs, played a lot of games in La Liga and Premier league so has a very good background so he can play very intense football so we are happy,’ Ten Hag said.
‘We had a problem with Luke Shaw injured so we covered very well in an emergency situation.’
